We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. 

THE BASICS

– All sales on this website are processed in Australian Dollars

– Remember to tell us whether you want a gift card credit*, exchange or refund

– Yes! Our return policy applies to Sale items as well (unless stated otherwise)

* if you choose to get a gift card credit, we will add 10% of the original purchase price to it, so you have a little bit more to spend next time

ONLINE RETURNS

– Enter your email address and order number

– Fill in the simple online form

– Done! 

RETURN POLICY (THE SMALL PRINT)

– Returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of your goods. 

– Goods must have original tags and be in an unused and re-sellable condition

– Please try to keep the outer bag in good condition so we can use it again (less waste is best!)

– No make-up marks, perfume or deodorant smells!

– Fold items neatly, keep swing tags intact and place in the original package

– We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed

– If an item is returned after the 30 day return period, Lazybones reserves the right to issue a gift card credit rather than a refund

– Lazybones is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you use registered post and keep your tracking number as a reference

SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK TO US

– Include your name and the RMA number (you’ll be given this number when you fill in the online returns form) in your return package

– You’ll need to cover the cost of getting your return back to us

– If you live outside of Australia, please check with your local post office for the cost of your return

– We’ll send your exchange back to you with no charge for postage

– Gift card credits*, exchanges and refunds will only be given once we have received the item back at our head office

* with 10% bonus – yes we’re repeating ourselves because we’d like to help you find your garment match 🙂

FAULTY ITEMS

– Faulty items are to be returned to us or we may offer to arrange a repair

– We will happily pay your postage costs, please include your postage receipt with your return

– Once we receive the item a replacement will be sent to you

– If we are unable to provide a replacement a refund may be offered

GIFT CARD CREDIT

Gift card credits (previously known as credit notes) are valid for 3 years.

ART PRINT RETURNS

Print on demand product returns are subject to the following criteria:

– Any prints returned to us must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund is approved

– If a returned print is damaged in any way a store credit may be issued rather than a refund
